Take 0 balance aircel sim connect to pc with apn as aircelwap then u will see that internetis connected in sys, but u could notbrowse so open hotspot sheild and right click on systray icon click on connect ot will open a web page click on connect that fine u have annonymus browsing and downloading...justuse aircelwap apn onlywithout any proxy settings...your net will connect surely
